What to expect?
Guests will be seated inside the pod, with the top half closing over the body, leaving the head unexposed to the heat. This makes for a much more enjoyable treatment because the breathing is not affected. There is also a fan that blows on the face to provide maximum comfort. The infrared heat waves penetrate the skin, causing perspiration resulting in detoxification. The temperature can be set between 30-75 degrees Celsius.
The rejuvenation pod also has 58 acupressure massage points, arranged to stimulate physical acupoints throughout the body. Therapeutic steam is also released to increase blood and lymphatic circulation, and hydrate and soften the skin. Sessions are 20-minutes in duration.
